Step One: Phone interview that asks basic questions such as "what is autism?" "what is your experience with kids on the spectrum if any? "how did you hear about this job?" Step 2: On site observation in which you go observe classrooms by yourself for an hour and a half-two hours. You ask questions to the teachers and others present in the rooms. After the observation, you are taken to an administrators office for a "formal" interview with an administrator and a BCBA. Step 3: If you pass the formal interview, then they will send you two written response questions to answer within 48 hours. Step 4: Wait for a response.
