I got an email saying to schedule a phone interview, but they didn't tell me which position it was for. 4 days after emailing them, I finally got a response back. I was told it was to "talk about my resume", so I thought it was an initial resume screening. She did not ask a single thing about my experience or resume...instead she asked some behavioral questions. I was very irritated at the whole thing, feeling misled and like I wasn't able to properly prepare. Luckily I had a few examples from researching interview questions, but I felt like it was a waste of my time.
