Applied online. The process took one month. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland Ohio).
Phone interview took 30 minutes, just some basic questions to know your background and some STAR questions. Onsite interview took couple hours, I met the team and answered several behavior quesitons

Only got the first stage which was video questions having you speak to your camera and answer the questions. I think they “tried” to make it a user friendly option to interview remotely but it’s still uncomfortable not being able to receive any feedback midquestion regarding how I’m answering.
