I received a phone call from the AP supervisor for an interview. She asked questions pertaining to invoices, Purchase orders, and had me go over my resume. No behavioral questions were asked in this interview. My second interview was with AP Manager and again I was asked technical questions and just a few behavioral questions. They didn't follow the STEM at all. Another big difference that stood out to me was they asked example questions where you were given an invoice and you had to look for what is wrong with the invoice?
