Interview process after hiring event was quick. However, after two interviews, they kept telling me I was the perfect candidate and was hoping that I’d “consider accepting the position.” After interviewing with the nurse manager two days later I got a rejection email. What?? I was told all interviews went well but they were pursuing other candidates. So it does not matter how far you get into the hiring process the job is not officially yours until it is in writing.
