after email contact, a phone appointment was set for the prospective position. phone interview with chief of staff was schedule and then performed. Interviewer called and we started the interview.

Easy and fun, I interviewed at my own location rather than coming in. The phone interview was seamless as well. The questions were based off of personality rather than skill sets which to me is the most important feature. I can teach someone cell phones and how to sell, I can not teach personality. I think this is a great way to interview as you need to get to know the person rather than their full background which is always stated on a resume.
