It was a very long and unorganized process and the hr did not gave timely updates. The 2nd round round was held after 1 week of 1st round and before that there was no update. Total 3rounds were there. Ist round was virtual , and 2 was face to face in gurgaon office with 2 senior leaders. Although my 2nd round went quite good for 1 hour continuously. Even then , I didn't receive a response from HR for couple of weeks. After few weeks of multiple follow-ups via whatsapp and call, hr finally responded and said "You didn't cleared the interview, so we didn't informed you. And its been more than a month since that conversation, I haven't received the rejection mail yet. Being a law firm, I was expecting a high level of conduct ethics and professionalism from the hiring team but as ususal all things were very messed up. 2nd face to face round was held in office during lunch hours but no meal or refreshment was asked. Even during that round, we were told by the team to change the room as HR made a blunder by not booking the meeting room. Interviewer also said, its all HR 'RS' fault, clearly shows how careless and unorganized the HR is. Also during the entire process, HR's mail was was not shared which was quite strange. All the mails were sent by some tool, and only having names of HRs involved. As per the market standards, salary shared was also quite low
