Three Interviews : HR screening, Technical Discussion, and a 3 hour technical test that is composed of an architectural discussion, a design spike, and a 1 hour coding challenge. Be careful of the coding challenge, because they will basically verify if you have knowledge of a very specific detail in a very specific framework - and they will not tell you which framework beforehand. So make sure to revise and memorize everything, about everything, beforehand. Oh and if you do not know that detail, expect some mild condescension, after all, their way of doing things is THE way of doing things, it seems - and everyone should know that.
