The interview process started with an online application, followed by a preliminary interview with an HR Recruiter, which progressed fairly quickly. However, when I met with the Meeting Manager, it was clear they were unprepared, struggling to ask relevant questions. When it was my turn to ask questions, the responses lacked clarity and direction, leaving me with the impression that there was no clear objective for the role.
