Once shortlisted, I did an assessment which was rather fair. I passed assessments and accepted the job. This was long ago. I don't know their current recruitment process. It might have changed.

Got in through a 10-day training academy. Had to pass the final exam to get high priority for project placement. Regularly received invites to different projects until I got placed.
