The interview process was average, I made it through two interviews. At the end of both interviews, I was told I would make it to the next stage. They completely ghosted me, even after sending follow-up emails asking about the next steps in the process. I would suggest communicating with candidates that you filled the role/moved on to other candidates - especially if they made it past the original screening.
