Pretty standard 4 stage process - All done on video due to Covid and working from Home
1. Initial Chat with Recruiter as cloverdx are too small to have their own talent managers
2. More detailed conversation with Sales leader based in the US
3. Cold call assessment where you can pitch anything with Sales leader
4. Final round with VP of sales and another title (i forgot) based in Czech
