The interview was simple. I was hired on the spot by the aquatics director. I called the aquatics department and set up a meeting after submitting my application via email to the aquatics director. I was contacted for a meeting. When I showed up, I was told that I was over-dressed (I wore a simple sundress) for the interview. We just talked a bit about the club. I was sure to ask questions about the business. Example: How long has the club been in business? How long has the aquatic director been with the club? How busy is the pool? etc.
