Tell me what your approach is like with a client?Why Club Monaco? 2nd Step- Meet & Greet w/ Store Manager- Why are you leaving the company you are at now? Why Club Monaco? Then they make you style 2 outfits-- 1. Display your personal style 2. A woman who is interviewing at a design firm. The manager wouldn't disclose the discount or the hourly rate as a stylist. I was a little taken aback by that. I also learned that the Stylist does NOT work on commission. This was a complete turn off because they want you wardrobe, clientele, and see repeat business without an incentive AKA work your ass off for chump change. 3rd Step- Meet with GM
