Colloquio
Zoom call with 30 people vying for the same job. The pay is not fair market value, nor do they offer any benefits. The CEO made a huge deal about punctuality, and yet he was about 5 minutes late to the interview. They stress their company's culture as the main benefit of working there, which in my opinion at least is quite a large red flag. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for work. Their hiring practices feel predatory and designed solely to push less experienced tech industry workers into a job that is not competitive with the market.

All applicants are called into one Zoom meeting then split into the breakout rooms based on the position they apply for. We're told to wait for further instructions. Then an HR person joins and tells us they're not hiring for this position anymore. So basically a waste of 20 minutes when they could have notified us before the "interview" even started, rather than literally last minute. As unprofessional as it is, I'm genuinely curious how a group interview with 100+ other applicants would have gone had there been one.

That was a jarring experience. As others have said: I joined a zoom room (the process is really janky too) full of other people. Someone yells at you to add your position at the end of your name and wait for the start. The CEO (literally the type of narcissist you'd expect) says some "odd" things for a little while. I left 5 min in. What a waste of time. I was already skeptical because of the company billing itself as offering real estate training and consulting and the cringe name, but wow. The CEO is basically what you would expect from your classic dbag that likes to think themselves important while exploiting people. The employees don't even look or sound like they believe their own lies.
