The interview was done in person and generally talked competency, general previous experience as well as your general background. They were friendly and understanding of your background and experiences. In general, it was an average interview seen pretty much in most retail environments.

I had a very positive interview experience with Co-op. Syed Hussain was kind, patient and welcoming from the beginning. English is not my first language, and I was nervous, but he made me feel comfortable and gave me time to express myself. He listened carefully, treated me with respect and created a friendly atmosphere throughout the interview. I truly appreciated the opportunity and left the interview feeling confident and valued as a candidate.
