The interview was held virtually and lasted for approximately an an hour and a half. It consisted of introductory and four competency-based questions. The initial stage was then followed by an independent timed in-tray exercise composed three main exercises, all of which were relevant to the type of work I would be undertaking in my prospective role. Upon completion of the tasks, I was given the opportunity to ask questions pertaining to the role.
