The initial 3 interviews were great. I had - a screening round with an external recruiter (general questions about my CV and background) - next round with the HOD (technical & behavioral questions, short case study) - 3rd round with two managers (behavioral questions and company info) * The last round was really off-putting. It was with an executive and he was least bothered about the interview. Not only was he not paying attention (I repeated the same thing twice or thrice because he wasn't listening) but he was also nodding & gesturing to someone behind the screen. It felt like he was forced to sit there. More than that, it's been 7 weeks and still no response from CoachHub. If a candidate has made it through all the rounds, prepared so much and spent so many weeks following a company, it's BARE MINIMUM that the company sends a small feedback and the result. So disappointed.
