Consultancy experience is a big plus, especially if you’re comfortable working with clients to shape solutions. Strong people skills are key - show that you can collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and build trust. Keep it professional, but don’t be afraid to let a bit of personality come through—no need to be overly serious.
