I've interviewed at the technical centre in Poland. Sent over my CV, got a phone call few days later asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was in person with one interviewer. There were no further steps.

Relaxed & open. A mixture of professional & personal questions. There was a take-home task for the hiring team to judge design thinking and a 2nd interview with another member of the management team.
