hiring process was very lengthy, starts with a telephonic round, then 3 face to face interviews. HR interview is the first, so be sure no-one else will ask any hr questions. Second is called technical interview, but the interview is conducted by a bunch of technically incompetent people, they asked very simple C++ questions ( very theoretical questions ), a couple of difficult questions, they could not understand the answers. Third round was with the manager and another member of his team, this was quite simple again.

nothing was difficult, however in the technical round there were few nonsense questions like tell the names of different types of multiple inheritance, what is the second name of a + operator, they asked to describe design patterns but they did not know it at all.
