Firstly, I introduce myself and start a small code challenging. I made some mistakes and they helped me. Normally, I don't do these mistakes when I write coding. But, I just happened. Finally, my code base successes and our interview finished. After 10 mins, They said I was rejected because of these small mistakes. Maybe, They can give me another chance I will not make these mistakes. Really, When the interview finish I was very happy. Because I didn't think these mistakes will be a problem. But thanks for everything and make this challenge with me.

Meet and greet round with HR. Meet and greet round with Engineering Manager. Technical round - coding. Technical round - System Design. HR round for offer discussion. Apart from the steps as mentioned, what really disappointed me is their approach towards the coding round. They asked me to solve a Leetcode medium difficulty problem. Believe me if you have never seen/solved the medium difficulty question before, it's gonna be a hard problem to solve in an interview within 40 mins with interview pressure. I tried my best and demonstrated my ability to be able to think and keep solving problem challenges step by step. Yet their expectation was to solve that challenge completely while in their job description, they repeatedly mentioned about working on tech debts items and not too much of working on real feature. So eventually your luck will play a greater role. And if you think you have solved enough questions to counter this luck factor, then I would recommend you to rather apply for FAANG. What disappoints me even more is they don't have fair pay policy. They offer stocks to only chosen few. Their expectations are equivalent to FAANG but their compensation is not, neither is the work. This is too early for a company (with hyped reputation) to over-expect like that simply because IT is still flourishing slowly in Norway.
