Fue una muy buena entrevista, en su momento con Alvaro Fernandez. fue personal, un dia a ultima hora, me recibieron muy bien. venia de trabajar en consultoria, y me preguntaron bastante de eso, la entrevista duró como una hora, yo pense que me habia ido mal, pero todo lo contrario, despues me dijeron que me habian preguntado un monton porque se habian enganchado con mi perfil y las cosas que hacia en mi empleo anterior.

Interviews themselves were fine, however the period of time between first contact and a decision is quite lengthy. There was a lot of waiting to hear updates, which can take the enjoyment out of it.
4 level interviews, 2 virtual and 1 face to face, and final offer acceptance post back ground check initiation. Interviews were focussed on hiring strategy, volume hiring and niche hiring.
