Pero después ya no sé, me hablaron que iban a contatarme en un par de días y minutos después ya me dijeron qe no, me enteré que pensaban que yo tenía muchos más años de experiencia y no sé la razón.

An HR team made of amateurs.
I had an introductory call that lasted 15 minutes where the HR girl gave me more details about the position.
After a few days she got back to me saying she had to speak with the hiring manager to see if they could consider the little increase I asked about the salary offer before proceeding.
After that, she got back to me after more than a month by saying that they were reorganizing their team internally and that I had to wait more.
After another 2 weeks she emailed me to tell me that the process was still ongoing.
After another two weeks she finally emailed me (clearly a copy-paste answer since only part of the text was highlighted) to tell me that they chose another candidate.
If this is the standard at Cognizant, I'm glad this process lead nowhere.
