I was invited for the first round of interviews with the hiring manager and an HR partner. The interview went well, and I got asked the typical questions. In the end, I was asked to submit a summary of the interview reiterating my interest in the position, and was told I would receive feedback within two weeks. Three weeks passed, and I decided to contact the hiring manager. Surprisingly, I got no reply back. A few days later, I was contacted by the HR partner with an automated rejection, in a language they knew I did not speak. I contacted the hiring manager again, asking for proper feedback, but again, I got no reply. They give a good image of the company during the interview, but I do not think that is the reality.
