College Board will ghost you. I did a total of three or four rounds of interviews, and no one ever had the integrity to tell me whether or not I got the job. Clearly, I did not. I waited around for an answer for weeks. Then, after I followed up with the hiring manager and got the "we'll be in touch" email- I moved on.
