I first started with a recruiter. It was a general 30 min discussion. The next round was with the hiring manager. This was about an hour that went into more detailed behavior questions. There was an assessment given that took a couple of hours to complete that requested information about how you would respond to specific scenarios. The next round was a panel with the hiring manager and 3 other managers. This involved discussing your assessment and additional behavioral questions.
