A recruiter came into my classroom and handed out flyers to students. The flyers asked for basic information like name, e-mail, graduating year, etc. About a month later I got a call from one of the "vice presidents" and recruiters for CWP and he asked me some questions to assess my interest in the company. He offered me an on-campus interview. The interview process consisted of 3 separate on-campus interviews, all by the same "vice president". The interview process made the internship sound too good to be true, and that's exactly the way it turned out. The interviewer describe the internship as a glamourous "management" position with the high possibility of amazing profits and an invaluable networking experience. What I realized quickly is that the internship is a commission-based sales job that relies on door-to-door sales pitches to sell an inferior paint job to good, helpless people. I quit the internship quickly.
