Had a document sent to assess a half-relevant skill. Went for an interview with 3 people from different departments. Swept over the skills and experience because they said they'd provide the relevant training and didn't expect you to have it being a graduate scheme. Seened like they were looking for the right type of person to fit in, not so much one that had the skills. Response was that I didn't talk about having experience with a numerical checking method, which I said I'd not had to use before with not doing a numerical based degree. Bit of a disconnect with what they say they want but if someone had that, maybe they'd be alright. Did feel out of place with everyone in casual dress in the office and me in business dress, but I guess that's interviews.

What motivates you, greatest weakness/strength, time you dealt with a difficult person, time you had to prioritise, how do you learn, how do you communicate, what's your level of SQL, how do you check your work? Mainly ordinary competency questions.
