The called me up, I came down. We spoke for about 20 minutes and I was hired on the spot. I was told a schedule would follow via email, It never did. I returned emails and sent pleasant voicemails until finally, I received a reply/excuse via email. "The owner can't afford to hire anyone at this time" I think it was a blessing in disguise.Who is that

After a preliminary interview one on one with the Production Manager (and after meeting the president), there was a half-day on the job test period followed by a week long probationary training/orientation period working a swing-shift in order to be trained by both individuals who shared the title of lamination/mounting technician.
