Colloquio
Met four individuals from CSU at Cafe Vino (I later found out this was against HR recommend interview practices, and they no longer do this). Three from the Division I was applying for, one from central HR (Office of Equal Opportunities). Asked me simple questions about why I'm applying for job. No tests of my technical ability at all (no coding on a whiteboard, no sample code, no technical questions). After describing my technical experience they left. I then interviewed with my to-be supervisor. She asked me a few questions about résume, and showed me the web site I would be working on. We wrapped up the interview soon after.

I applied for the post through the RamWeb. A couple of days later, I received a call from a manager at who scheduled me for a phone interview. The same recruiter conducted the phone interview two days later. He asked me very basic questions based on my resume. Asked me to describe what I did at my previous job. Asked a couple of more detailed questions based on my answers. When asked what the next step would be if I cleared this interview, I will receive a mail from him

Colloquio
Asked to prepare code samples and a demonstration of a recent project, which I walked through with a group of about five team members. Later, met with technical lead (actually drove to a coffee shop to grab a drink) to discuss specific skills and for me to ask questions, and finally with department manager.
