I applied online, forgot about it, then received a call about 2 months later. The lady was very nice and I scheduled an interview. The interview was two, one-on-one meetings with management. Everything was fit. I didn't get that job but they said they were still interested in me as a candidate and assigned me to another department. After a similar interview process I got the second job.
