The phone interview was with an HR representative. Most questions were about employment history and specifics related to jobs held. The interview was straightforward. Negative is that I never heard back from the company after the interview. A month later I heard from a recruiter that the company had filled the position.

A telephonic interview followed with a face to face interview and then a panel interview with all the managers who will rate the candidates. Also there is couple of very basic written question to answer to judge the writing skills of the candidate.
