My supervisor got in touch with me shortly after I submitted my application to set up an interview. We met in a student cafe and talked for about 20 minutes about my experience, interest in the position, and the workplace environment. She was very excited to have my application and resume and gave me some helpful feedback on what the job would require. She offered me the job there, and I responded the next day with my acceptance.
