Simple, one phone call and one in person. Quick call back after that, this was for an in store position so the barrier to enter is pretty low. I believe they were desperate for people at the time.

straightforward interview, general questions about experience and ambitions in the workplace. just went in interviewed with a panel, then with a manager i would be reporting directly to. panel interview was about an hour, manager interview was about 5 minutes. got a call back about a week later with an offer.

I heard about the position via an mass email sent by my recruiter for a job fair in the Houston area. I arrived at the interview that first started with a group overview of the company. Next you are asked if you still want to move on with the process. Spoke with two manager who asked me about previous positions and work ethic. I was then moved on the speak with supervisor of the division. We discussed, informally, the position and my previous jobs and accomplishments. Lastly, if he/she likes you, you are then moved to the last stage which is speaking with the director (also informal). Received a call stating they like me and offered me the position.
Background check took forever but all in all, great overall experience.
