The first interview was done over the phone to get a base line assessment of the technical qualifications of the candidates. After the management team narrowed down the list of qualifies applicants, the second round of interviews was done in person to further discuss technical aspects of the job, qualifications and personnel assessment to determine if the applicant would fit the team dynamic well.

Tell me about a time that you went above and beyond for a customer without being asked and what was the outcome of those actions?
Tell me about a time where you were able to diagnosis a network issue and resolve it? Or if unable to resolve, how you stopped it from becoming a larger issue for the maintenance department.
Dress Professionally and know the job that you are applying for. Try to be at least 10 min earlier for the interview. The panel may very but usually 3-4 supervisors are interviewing.
