Initially the interview process was very efficient and the recruiter was responsive and helpful.
At first, they ask you to video record answers to a few questions as a first screener. Then that is followed up by a short phone call with the recruiter before interviewing with the actual hiring team (panel interview).
What left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth is the fact that once it was determined that I am no longer being considered, I never heard another peep from the recruiter. I find it rather unprofessional to not inform people of the status of their application and to instead expect them to "get the hint". I understand that HR work is busy but a simple No Thank You email is not that hard to send out (automatically at that).

I applied online.
I met a recruiter over Zoom
I interviewed with the hiring manager who was cool
I interviewed with sales, ok
I interviewed with the CMO, ok
The role was with Databee, part of Comcast.
The HR person seems to like being busy with interviews and sucking info out of you, only to then over promise and under deliver. If you are Israeli you will get the job.
Disappinting experience when you apply, interview, can do the job and they find 1 thing they do not like - gaps in cv or job-hopping.
Especially gauling when some of these folks just phoned the other up for a job and did not even have to apply to 50 jobs to land 1. They called their mate and hold it against you that you got several jobs in the last year.
