I originally applied for a position in credit and collections but received a call from
HR stating that my resume was more suited for a different position they were offering and gave me a link to the test for the appropriate job. I took the test and received a call the next day to set up a phone interview. I scheduled a time for the phone interview. I passed the phone interview after failing the phone interview for other potential company's I researched how to pass them I've woeked at my previous job for 5 years and never did a phone interview prior. My answers were sort of vague on the phone call when in fact you want to go into it as a real interview! I feel like face to face interviews are so much Better. The two supervisors who interviewed me made me feel extremely comfortable! We also did a role play as part of the interview and I dislike role plays so much they are very awkward

The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.

Wow - they ask you like 35 questions - or that's what it felt like! 2 people interviewing you. They are asking you sales questions and many different scenarios. Be prepared to answer how you would overcome objections.
