Second interview was via Microsoft Chat room, where one of the interviewers interviewed me w/o showing her face on the screen, said she was camera shy! Extremely unprofessional. After working Direct Sales and earning over 100,000 a year and accolades from previous sales positions. I am told I am not qualified!! I would say save yourself the time to apply. Job entails door to door sales in rain, sleet, snow, freezing cold and heat waves. A bit dangerous for women, as you will be walking in pitch black alone!!

Short easy. Be enthusiastic a out door knocking. Show enthusiasm for Sales. Show grit, determination and ability to learn. Describing any outreach numbers is advised. Do not ask about base salary pay in first interview.
