1. Phone Screening – A short call with Talent Acquisition to go over my background and ensure I met the basic qualifications for the role.
2. Zoom Interview with Team Lead – The team lead provided an overview of the team, asked about my experience, and included a technical question related to databases.
3. On-Site Assignment – A 2-hour coding task to implement the backend for fetching data from an API in ASP.NET. The task itself wasn’t overly complex, but I believe the allocated time was too short to deliver a high-quality solution.

The all process was very pleasant. First the HR called for a short interview which I have been asked to tell about myself and what are my salary expectations. After I had a zoom meeting with the team lead. She explained me about the job at the company and asked me to tell her about me and my former job experience. Next stage was at the office with the CSM director Next stage was with the VP sales at the company’s office the interview included professional questions. And last was HR interview which was mainly about me. If I’ll ask your former employer about you what will he say? After all that I had to take Reliability test. I must mention that they offered me exactly my salary expectation. Throughout the process the HR team was very helpful and responsive.
