The first two rounds were phone conversations with team members, and a final Google Meet video interview with the owner. Everyone was friendly and scheduled each round efficiently. I loved how transparent each person was about their experience and what I could expect. I got a great impression regarding the organization!

The interview process consisted of phone calls with both the managing director and recruiting manager to learn more about the position and day to day responsibilities. This was followed by an onsite interview where I got to see the office space and meet more members of the team. Finally I had phone conservations with the owner of the company where I learned more about recruiting in general, how to be successful in the business, and the overall vision of the company. The interview process was very positive and informative!
