The first interview was with the HR director and the Branch Manager, they were impersonal and asked very generic and typical interview questions from a sheet of paper. The second interview was with two "executives" (director of marketing and the director of member services) who had me come up with questions to ask them first them they both asked me random questions. There interviewing style was more intense yet more casual as well... I did not get offered the job, maybe my answers were too honest and not "cute" enough.
