I got the interview invitation phone call and confirm the available time. Then received the interview invitation email. The whole interview is around 2 hours. HR set a personality test, logic test, english test and specialist test. All the tests took around 45 mins. Then face-to-face interview with 2 team managers and 1 director. Of course introduction myself first, then they start to ask some questions like the previous job experience, which part I'd like to take a challenge, expectations, etc. I can feel that they care about the particular experience, and would like you clear what will you take responsible in this job. They are straight but patient.

english, attitude exam, IQ exam then Face to face interview. Team work and personalities is important. the working responsibility and to tell the emergency of work is important. the officer is great and easy to get along with.
