Phone screen with technical skills, 2.001 and some 2.005. Some intuition based questions, some mechanism based questions. In person interview gave candidates a design prompt and 4 hours to CAD a solution in Solidworks. After a presentation of designs we had social event at a local restaurant.

Interview was a phone call. Lasted about an hour long and I was asked questions about Mechanical Engineering classes I took in college. Most Mechanics, robotics, thermodynamics. Many short questions about fundamentals. Study before your phone call.
