Interviewer was straight forward and upfront about his questions. He addressed concerns he had about my experience while not being dismissive about it and acknowledging my past experience and what I was lacking and needed to improve on.

You apply online, you get sent a request to take a Criteria personality assessment, based on your results you are invited for a first interview with the CEO. Assuming the first interview goes well, you would have a second/third interview meeting another member or all members of the team.
