I had an interview in Hungarian, English and Turkish to test my language skills. Then I had an IT test via phone with my former team leader. Then I had an interview in Computacenter with an Hr and my Team leader.

Very technical as you have technical section and English comprehension. You should have a basic PC aptitude and familiar with computer Jargin. You must be well versed in-terms of customer service terminology as well.

It was pretty good and entertaining. Just several questions regarding technical matters at the end, but atmosphere was pleasant and nice. Interview presented company policy and explained all the steps I’ll go through.
