My interviewer brought along a client director who wasn't even relevant to the role as I don't think she had any experience of interviewing anyone before, and this was for a new team shes been told to head up. The guy who came along (CD) was arrogant, rude and very intimidating. Basically told me they didn't want to interview anyone who wasn't solely applying to CC and CC only and asked me why I came in for a interview to discuss a role when I wasn't trawling through job boards looking for roles (I was approached by a headhunter prospectively). I would never ever ever ever work here. They do not understand that YOU need to sell me the company and the role as much as I sell myself to you. I was even told it was costing CC thousands for me to be sitting in a room with them for me to not even seem like I wanted the job. No thanks Computacenter - i'll pass.

Very good interview, good conversation good atmosphere. They were really welcoming and seemed to be professional. HR gave me updates about the process and I received more information about the company and position. The team leader introduced his section and asked relevant questions. All in all I enjoyed the process and the approximately 60mins long conversation with the HR representative and Team Leader

The interview process was not very cohesive or well thought out. I was scouted by an online recruiter and held the first call which mostly consisted of the recruiter selling the job to me. This was followed by two weeks of silence then a sudden follow up for next steps which was a little back and forth between her and the sales manager. Overall, does not make for a good image on the company and with lower than average comp ranges, seems like a waste of my time.
