Nach meiner Bewerbung ging es sehr schnell. Nach drei Tagen hatte ich ein Telefonat mit meinem jetzigen Manager. Er hat dabei direkt einen persönlichen Termin mit mir ausgemacht. Neben ihm war noch ein zweiter Manager im Bewerbungsgespräch. Das Gespräch war sehr freundlich, offen, locker und direkt. Habe sofort Feedback erhalten. Danach habe ich noch ein AssessmentCenter mit meinem Manager und einem anderen Manager gemacht. Das war sehr anstrengend, aber in dem Rahmen trotzdem sehr angenehm. Wirklich super, dass es dann auch so schnell geklappt hat (wieder direktes Feedback und Ergebnis am gleichen Tag). Bin nun wirklich unglaublich happy hier. Will hier bis zur Rente in 10 Jahren bleiben.
