It was a first contact phone call with the recruiter, to make sure I was the one who applied and verify some personal information. Then I had to fill in an assessment sheet to verify my writing capacities in English and native language. There was also a navigation section, and an email task. After that I had an interview with the team lead and they asked standard questions plus some role play (marketing+sales situations).

two rounds of interview. I was ghosted after first round without any response. Second round came around after 5 months. Very smooth and nice process this time. Important note: do not expect a contract if your visa is not solid. They wont care how good you are.
