The process was relatively straightforward and involved 3 stages. An online application, telephone chat and a zoom interview. The whole process took about a month, the zoom interview lasted about 30 minutes and the questions generally involved situational questions within the customer service setting
It was really easy if you average in English, they ask only simple questions to understand if you are able to frame sentences and communicate in English. No tough questions are asked.
